卡维地洛、比索洛尔和多沙唑嗪降压疗效比较

目的：观察并比较卡维地洛（Car）、比索洛尔（Bis）和多沙唑嗪（Dox）治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的降压疗效和安全性。方法：选择48例原发性高血压患者，随机分成3组。Car组15例（Car25-50mg,po,qd）；Bis组16例（Bis5-10mg,po,qd）；Dox组17例（Dox4mg,po,qd）。3组疗程均为4wk。检测各组服药后的血压、心率、肝肾功能、血糖和血电解质等。结果：Car组的降压总有效率为80.0％，Bis组为81.25％,Dox组为70.59％,3组疗效无显著差别（P＞0.05），Car与Dox对心率无影响，而Bis具有减慢心率作用。3种药物对肝肾功能、血糖和血电解质无明显影响。结论：Car、Bis和Dox疗效相似，均能有效降低轻、中度原发性高血压，且无明显不良反应。

Comparative effect of carvedilol, bisoprolol and doxazosin in treatment of patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension

AIM: To compare the efficiency and safety of carvedilol (Car) and bisoprolol (Bis) and doxazosin (Dox) in patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension. METHODS: After a 2 week run in period during which placebo was given in a double blind manner, forty eight patients were randomly assigned to Car, Bis and Dox groups. Car group: Car 25-50 mg, po , qd; Bis group: Bis 5-10 mg, po , qd; Dox group: Dox 4 mg, po , qd. Three groups were all treated for 4 wk. Besides casual blood pressure was measured, many laboratory parameters such as blood and urine routine test, heart rate, hepatorenal function, blood glucose, blood lipid and blood electrolytes were assessed before and after treatment. RESULTS: Car, Bis and Dox significantly reduced systolic and diastolic blood pressures after 4 wk treatment ( P <0 01). The effective rates of Car and Bis and Dox were 80 0%, 81 25%, 70 59%, respectively in decreasing blood pressure. The total effective rates had no statistically significant difference among 3 groups ( P >0 05). Heart rate had no substantially changes in both Car and Dox groups, but it was reduced in Bis group. There were no clinically significant changes in laboratory test for all 3 groups. CONCLUSION: Car, Bis and Dox have good efficiency and low side effects on reducing blood pressure in patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension.
