42例腰椎间盘突出症射频热凝消融术治疗的护理研究

目的总结C型臂下射频热凝消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)的护理研究。方法对42例LIDP患者在C型臂下行射频热凝靶点消融术术前疼痛正性教育及心理护理,术中密切配合及观察神经电生理测试值、术后功能锻炼以及并发症的预防。结果本组42例LIDP患者进行射频热凝靶点消融术治疗手术过程顺利。术后1、6、12个月随访临床疗效:优良率分别为80.95%、83.33%及76.00%。结论在成功手术的基础上,影响治疗效果的护理因素包括:充分的术前准备、良好的护患沟通、默契的医护配合、术中细致的观察以及术后的康复。说明采取合理的护理方式对LIDP射频手术患者的身心全面康复有利。

A nursing study on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated with thermonucleonics

Objective To summarize the highlight of nursing care of thermonucleonics via x-ray guide arms in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods 42 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were treated by thermonucleonics under the guide of type C x-ray examination. The clinical data and nursing proce- dure were analysed retrospectively. Results The operation of thermonucleonics was performed successfully in all 42 patients. 25 patients showed very excellent effect in response to the present therapy. Within one year follow-up, sig- nificant improvement was observed in 13 patients,improvement was found in 3 patients, and only one patient failed in getting ang effect. Conclusion Several factors influence the effect of thermonucleonics based on the successful operation,including enough preoperative preparation, satisfactory communication between patients and nurses, good cooperation between doctors and nurses,careful observation during the operation,postoperative rehabilitation care. Rational nursing strategy contributes a great deal to the physiopsychic rehabilitation care.
