牛磺酸在新生大鼠生长发育中的作用

本实验将受孕大白鼠随机分为３组，分别饲以基础饲料、低蛋白饲料及补充１％牛磺酸的低蛋白饲料，断乳后仔鼠继续分别饲以同样饲料，观察牛磺酸对仔鼠生长发育的影响。结果表明，补充１％牛磺酸的低蛋白饲料组仔鼠生长发育良好，其体重不仅高于低蛋白饲料组（Ｐ＜０．０１），甚至在鼠龄１６ｄ以前还明显高于基础组（Ｐ＜０．０１），２４ｄ后才逐渐较基础组为低。提示牛磺酸对新生仔鼠的生长发育有明显的促进作用。

EFFECT OF TAURINE ON GROWTH OF NEWBORN RATS

The effect of taurine on the growth of newborn rats was studied. Three groups of pregnant rats were respectively fed with a low-protein diet,a diet with 1% taurine added and the basal diet. Their offsprings were given the same food as their respective mothers.The results showed clearly that the newborn rats fed with the low-protein diet were malnourished while those fed with food containing 1% taurine were growing well. During the first 16 days,the weights of the newborns in the taurine group were greater not only than those in the low-protein group and also than those in the basal group. It was only after the 24th day that the weights in the taurine group dropped to nearly the same level as in the basal group. The above indicates that taurine can promote the growth of newborn rats.
