| 摘 要： | 为探讨脾虚对认知的影响 ,通过Morris水迷宫的行为学实验 ,观察大鼠不同状态空间学习记忆能力的变化。结果发现脾虚组学习记忆能力明显较正常组低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;脾虚自由恢复组学习记忆能力较治疗组低 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :脾虚可影响大鼠空间学习记忆能力 ,通过治疗脾虚状况可改善大鼠的空间学习记忆能力。体现了中医脾藏意主思的意义 ,为中医临床从脾论治情志疾病 (尤其脑系疾病 )提供实验依据

| Abstract: | To discuss the influence of spleen deficiency on cognition,the changes of the abilities of spatial learning and memory(LM)in different situation were tested by Morris water maze.The results showed that the abilities of LM in the group of spleen deficiency were obviously lower than that of the normal group(P<0.01),The abilities of LM in the group of spleen deficiency without treatment were lower than that in the treatment group(P<0.01).It is concluded that spleen deficiency may influence the abilities of spatial LM in rats,which can be improved by treatment.It embodies the significance of TCM spleen in storing idea and in charge of thoughts,this provides the experimental basis on TCM treating emotional diseases based on spleen. |
