尿路清对临床耐药菌株Uu的药敏实验

目的：探索中药复方对Uu感染的非淋菌性尿道炎（NGU）的作用机理，从多角度为中医药治疗本病提供理论依据。方法：63个Uu临床分离株采用肉汤稀释法判定临床耐红霉素和四环素（MIC≥16μg／ml，参照美国国家临床实验室标准委员会1995年标准）；经三次传代成纯培养后接种于96孔板小孔中，药液倍比稀释成250mg／ml～0．48mg／ml，37℃培养，加药组以72h后仍不出现培养基由黄→红色变化的最小药物浓度为该药的最小抑菌浓度（MIC）。结果：尿路清对63株Uu临床株MIC范围为0．48mg／ml～15．36rag／ml，MIC50≤1．95mg／ml．MIC90≤3．91mg／ml，Uu临床株对尿路清的敏感性比对四环素的敏感性高的多（Х^2=18．38，P〈0．01），Uu临床株对尿路清的敏感性与对红霉素的敏感性之间无明显联系（Х^2=1．85，P〈0．05）。结论：中药尿路清对63株耐药（四环素、红霉素）菌株Uu显示出了较强的体外抑菌作用，值得进一步研究。
