调补肺肾胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床研究

摘    要:目的 探讨调补肺肾胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的机理。方法 对 6 0例慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)稳定期肺肾两虚证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别给予调补肺肾胶囊 (治疗组 ,30例 )和固本咳喘片 (对照组 ,30例 )治疗。结果 调补肺肾胶囊的综合疗效及中医证候疗效分别为 93 33%和 96 6 7% ,与对照组比较有显著性差异。在改善气短症状及肺功能、血气分析方面 ,治疗组优于对照组。结论 调补肺肾胶囊治疗COPD临床稳定期肺肾两虚证具有较好的疗效

Abstract:Objective To investigate the mechanism of the effects of Tiaobufeishen Capsules (TC) in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at stable stage. Method 60 Patients of COPD at stable stage manifesting TCM syndrome of deficiency of both the lung and kidney were randomly divided into the treating group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases); the former was given TC and the latter, Gubenkechuan Tablets. Results TC overall effective rate in treating COPD at stable stage and TC effective rate in treating the TCM syndrome alone were 93 33% and 96 67%, respectively; and there was a significant difference between the effective rates in both groups. TC effects for relieving dyspnea and improving pulmonary functions and the blood gas analysis criteria were better in the treating group than those in the control group. Conclusion TC possesses rather good effects for treating COPD at stable stage manifesting TCM syndrome of deficiency of both the lung and kidney.
