| 摘 要： | 介绍一种快速获取高纯度质粒ＤＮＡ方法，在碱裂解法快速获取质粒ＤＮＡ粗制品的基础上，利用一种不溶解蛋白质而溶解ＤＮＡ的溶液ＴＥＳ纯化质粒ＤＮＡ，同时对本法所提取的质粒的ＤＮＡ的回收率、纯度及可能的用途进行验证。此法简易，所得样品纯度高，可以直接用于转化、酶切和基因克隆。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a rapid way to produce plasmid DNA with high purity,semifinished plasmid DNA was extracted with alkaline lysis method and then plasmid was purified with TES In addition,this paper discusses and verifies the rate of reclamation of the plasmid DNA priduced in this way,its degree of purity and its possible uses Ecperiments have proved that the way is easy ,and the sample products have high purity and can be directly used for transformation ,enzymatic reaction and genes cloning |
