摘    要:目的探讨联合检测糖尿病患者尿中微量清蛋白(mAlb)、α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)和尿转铁蛋白(UTRF)含量对诊断糖尿病早期肾损害的意义。方法采用免疫比浊法检测尿mAlb、α1—MG和UTRF,尿肌酐(Cr)用酶法(双试剂)测定。结果糖尿病患者尿中的mAlb、α1-MG及UTRF与尿肌酐的比值比正常对照组均有不同程度增高(P〈0.05)。结论mAlb、α1-MG和UTRF可作为糖尿病早期肾损害的敏感指标,联合测定价值更高。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the combined detection of trace albumin in urine (mAlb) ,α1-microglobulin (α-MG) and urinary transferrin (UTRF) content in diabetic patients for diagnosing early renal damage of diabetes. Methods Immunoturbidimetry was used to detect urine mAlb,α1- MG and UTRF,urine ereatinine (Cr) was determined by enzymatic (double-reagent) method. Results Urine mAlb,α1-MG and creatinine and urine UTRF ratio increased in different extent(P〈0.05). Conclusion mAlb,α1-MG and UTRF can be used as sensitive indicators of early diabetic renal damage, the joint determination has higher diagnostic value.
