| 摘 要： | 目的探讨联合检测糖尿病患者尿中微量清蛋白（mAlb）、α1-微球蛋白（α1-MG）和尿转铁蛋白（UTRF）含量对诊断糖尿病早期肾损害的意义。方法采用免疫比浊法检测尿mAlb、α1—MG和UTRF，尿肌酐（Cr）用酶法（双试剂）测定。结果糖尿病患者尿中的mAlb、α1-MG及UTRF与尿肌酐的比值比正常对照组均有不同程度增高（P〈0．05）。结论mAlb、α1-MG和UTRF可作为糖尿病早期肾损害的敏感指标，联合测定价值更高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the combined detection of trace albumin in urine （mAlb） ,α1-microglobulin （α-MG） and urinary transferrin （UTRF） content in diabetic patients for diagnosing early renal damage of diabetes. Methods Immunoturbidimetry was used to detect urine mAlb,α1- MG and UTRF,urine ereatinine （Cr） was determined by enzymatic （double-reagent） method. Results Urine mAlb,α1-MG and creatinine and urine UTRF ratio increased in different extent（P〈0.05）. Conclusion mAlb,α1-MG and UTRF can be used as sensitive indicators of early diabetic renal damage, the joint determination has higher diagnostic value. |
