对合同制护士身心体验的质性研究

摘    要:目的探索合同制护士的真实身心体验。方法采用质性研究的方法对16名合同制护士进行深入访谈、现场录音和笔录,运用Colalzzi的分析程序对资料进行分析。结果合同制护士的身心体验包括6个主题,即角色模糊、安全感缺失、归属感缺失、自尊受损、个人成就前景渺茫、生理疲劳。结论合同制护士的身心健康状况不容乐观,管理者应转变观念,提高合同制护士的待遇;加快人事制度改革,实现同工同酬。

Abstract:Objective To explore the physiological and psychological experience of employed nurses.Method A qualitative research was conducted on 16 employed nurses by in-depth interview.The whole interview was recorded and noted.The data was analyzed ac- cording to Colaizzi' s phenomenological procedure.Results The experience could be classified into six aspects,including role ambigui- ty,lack of safety,lack of belongingness,low self-esteem,uncertainty of future career and fatigue.Conclusion It is suggested to pay attention to the physical and mental health of employed nurses,innovate management ideas,improve employed nurses' payment and re- wards,hasten the reform of human resources system and realize equal pay for equal work.
