上海某社区就医居民签约家庭医生意愿及影响因素

上海市已在多个区、县开展家庭医生制服务试点,其核心是在居民与家庭医生制服务提供者之间建立契约式签约服务.通过对社区卫生服务中心的就医居民签约家庭医生的意愿及影响因素进行调查分析,结果显示,社区就医居民签约家庭医生制服务的意愿程度一般,主要影响因素有居民对本社区开展家庭医生制服务的知晓程度、就医行为、转诊经历及对社区首诊的接受度.

Study of the Compliance and Influencing Factors About Signing Family Physicians for Residents in Community of Shanghai

Shanghai has been carried out the family doctor system services pilot in several districts, the core is made of contracted services by contract between residents and family physicians. It is based on investigation and analysis of the compliance and influencing factors about signing of family physicians in Shanghai community residents. The results is the compliance about signing of family physicians not too good and the main factors are the extent know, the seeking behavior, the referral experience and acceptance of community first diagnosis.
