2010-2012年泰安市居民恶性肿瘤死亡分析

目的分析泰安市居民恶性肿瘤死亡水平及变化趋势，为预防恶性肿瘤提供科学依据。方法对泰安市2010～2012年居民恶性肿瘤死亡资料进行分析。结果泰安市居民2010～2012年恶性肿瘤累计死亡28355例，年均死亡率为169．55／10万，标化死亡率为118．47／10万。恶性肿瘤年均标化死亡率，男性为168．30／10万，女性为73．72／10万。恶性肿瘤年均死亡率，0～14岁为3．79／10万，15～44岁为4．51／10万，45～64岁为177．08／10万，65岁以上为1216．33／10万；泰山区为143．39／10万，岱岳区为135．34／10万，新泰市为166．54／10万，肥城市为182．71／10万，宁阳县为202．85／10万，东平县为186．37／10万。2010-2012年年均死亡率前五位的恶性肿瘤，全部居民依次是肺癌、食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、结直肠癌，男性与此相同，女性为肺癌、食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、乳腺癌。结论泰安市恶性肿瘤死亡水平一般，肺癌和消化系统恶性肿瘤为死亡率居前的恶性肿瘤。

Analysis on Malignant Tumors Mortality Among Residents,Taian City, 2010-2012

Objective To analyze the level and trends of malignant tumors mortality in Taian city,so as to provide the sci- entific basis for prevention of cancer. Methods The data of death cases from malignant tumors among residents during 2010-2012 in Taian city were analyzed. Results During 2010-2012,there were 28 355 cases of death due to malignant tumors,the average annual mortality rate was 169.55/10~ ,and the standardized mortality rate was 118.47/105 ;The annu- al cancer standardized mortality rate for men and women was 168.30/10~ and 73.72/10s ;The average annual mortality rate in the 0-14 year old group was 3.79/105, 15-44 year old 4.51/105, 45-64 year old 177.08/105, ~ 65 year old 1 216.33/10~ ;Taishan district was 143.39/10~ ,Daiyue 135.34/105 ,Xintai 166.54/10s ,Feicheng 182.71/105 ,Ningyang 202.85/10s ,Dongping 186.37/10~. The top five malignancy regarding the mortality were lung cancer, esophageal cancer, stomach cancer,liver cancer, and colorectal cancer. For females were lung cancer, esophageal cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer and breast cancerl. Conclusion The mortality of malignant tumors is at the general level in Taian city, lung cancer and digestive system malignant tumors are the leading causes of mortality of malignancy among all residents.
