德巴金联合拉莫三嗪治疗成人难治性癫痫疗效观察

目的观察德巴金联合拉莫三嗪口服治疗成人难治性癫痫的疗效。方法36例成人难治性癫痫门诊或住院患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各18例。对照组单纯给予德巴金口服,治疗组在德巴金的基础上加用拉莫三嗪口服。结果治疗组总有效率88．89％（16例）,控制率66．67％（12例）,对照组总有效率44．44％（8例）,控制率为0。两组总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,有显著性差异（P〈0．05）,且未发现导致治疗终止的不良反应。结论本方法对成人难治性癫痫疗效确切而安全,可以临床推广。

Efficacy of the combined therapy of Depakine and Lamotrigine for adult with intractable epilepsy

Objective TO explore the effect in adult with intractable epilepsy who were treated with combination of Depakine and Lamotrigine. Methods 36 patients were from clinic or hospital at chaozhou hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group and control group （n = 18）.The control group gives depakine singly,the treatment group gives depakine and lamotrigine .Results The total effective rate was 88.89%,and the rate of control is 66.67% with the combination of depakine and lamotrigine.The control group total effective rate was 44.44%,and the control rate was 0%. Two group total effective rate com- parison, the treatment group is higher than that of control group.SO there is significantly statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conculsion The therapy has curative efficacy and security.It is applied in clinical practice.
