| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症透析患者顽固性高血压的临床疗效。方法选择尿毒症合并顽固性高血压患者90例，随机分为两组，观察组采用血液透析联合血液灌流方式治疗，对照组采用单纯血液透析方式治疗．比较两组患者疗效。结果观察组血压下降明显，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论血液透析联合血液灌流在治疗尿毒症顽固性高血压时，疗效显著，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in treatment of uremic patients with refractory hypertension. Methods Uremic patients with refractory hypertension in 90 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion treatment, the control group treated with hemodialysis therapy, compared two groups of patients. Results In the observation group, the blood pressure decreased obviously, there was statistically significant difference compared with the control group. Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of refractory hypertension in uremia patients; significant effect, worthy of promotion. |
