| 摘 要： | 1例男性患者，65岁，因慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重给予溴己新4mg．3次／d雾化吸入化痰治疗．第2天第三次雾化吸入该药时出现呼吸困难加重，面部出汗，心悸，呼吸急促。立即停用溴己新．给予氧流量加大至5L／min，5分钟后患者症状逐渐缓解。

| Abstract: | One male patient, 65 years old, was given 4 mg bromhexine atomization inhalation treatment mree times a day because of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. On the second day, the patient got difficulty in breathing, facial sweating, heart palpitations and shortness of breath after the third atomization inhalation. Bromhexine was stopped immediately. The oxygen flow rate was increased to 5 L/min. The symptoms improved gradually after 5 minutes. |
