针灸推拿疗法辅助治疗肩周炎临床疗效

目的：探讨针灸推拿疗法辅助治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月～2014年1月收治的经确诊为患肩周炎患者82例作为研究对象。采用单纯随机抽样法将82例患者随机分为观察组和对照组2组，每组41例。对照组肩周炎患者的治疗方法选用中医医师进行临床推拿和西药结合治疗，治疗期间要辅助系统肩关节功能康复锻炼。观察组肩周炎患者的治疗方案是采用对照组推拿方法治疗的基础上，加以针灸结合治疗。对82例病例进行跟踪随访30 d。对比两组方案的临床治疗总有效率、功能改善积分以及随访30 d以后的随访评分。结果观察组针灸推拿联合治疗肩周炎的治疗总有效率为90.24%，高于对照组的治疗总有效率（73.17%），差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后功能恢复情况即功能改善积分要高于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针灸推拿治疗肩周炎临床疗效显著，患者恢复快，远期疗效佳。

Clinical effect of Chinese therapeutics of acupuncture and massage on scapulohumeral periarthritis

Objective To explore the Clinical effect of Chinese therapeutics of acupuncture and massage on scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 82 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected from 2012 January to 2014 January. 82 cases of patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly, and each group had 41 cases. The treatments of Control group patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were massage and western medicine treatment. During the treatment, system of shoulder joint function rehabilitation exercise was needed to assist. And base on the treatments of Control group, acupuncture was one more therapy in observation group. Then compared total efficiency, the integral of functional improvement and follow-up score of 30 d of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.24%, which was significantly higher than the control group（73.17%）（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the patients’shoulder function in the observation group recovered better than the patients’in the Control group. Conclusion Chinese therapeutics of acupuncture and massage are good for the patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis significantly because of their less time to see the effect and better long-tern clinical effect.
