柴胡疏肝散对便秘模型大鼠的影响

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散对便秘模型大鼠的疗效,探讨便秘从肝论治。方法:SD大鼠60只随机分为实验组、对照组、空白对照组各20只(雌雄各半);实验组、对照组用复方地芬诺酯片造便秘模型,空白对照组不做处理;造模成功后,实验组给予柴胡疏肝散汤剂灌胃治疗,对照组给予等量蒸馏水灌胃,空白对照组不做处理,治疗14天;记录治疗最后7天各组大鼠大便重量。治疗结束后处死各组大鼠,测大鼠活性炭推进速率,血浆中胃动素、胃泌素、P物质含量,远段结肠水通道蛋白3(AQP3)表达情况。结果:实验组与对照组比较,大鼠胃肠活性炭推进速率增加,大便重量增加,AQP3表达上调,血浆中胃肠激素(胃动素、胃泌素、P物质)含量上升。实验组与空白对照组比较,各项指标均接近正常,但仍未达到正常水平。结论:以柴胡疏肝散汤剂治疗便秘模型大鼠可使其便秘症状得到改善,确有疗效。

Effect Of Caihu Shugan Powder Which was Used to Cure Constipation of Rats

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Caihu Shugan Powder which was used to cure constipation of rats, discuss the constipation treatment from liver. Methods： 60 SD rats which were randomly allocated into experiment group, matched group and blank controlled group （ each group has 20, half male and female）. The experiment group and matched group used compound diphenoxylate to establish the model of constipation. The blank control group did nothing. After the rat constipation model was successful, the experiment group was given Caihu Shugan Powder to cure, the matched group was given distilled water to compare and the blank controlled group did nothing. The treatment lasted two weeks. Take note of the rats＇ ex- crement change in every group in the last 7days. All rats were killed after treatment. Measured the active carbon pull rate in the rats＇ small intestine, the level of intestine hormone in blood plasma and the appearance of Aquaporin 3 in the far-end colon. Re- suits ： To compared with matched group, the experiment group in the active carbon pull rate, the excrement weight and the intes- tine hormone level were all raised, the Aquaporin 3 express went up. To compared with blank group, the experiment group each test target closed to normal standard but not arrived. Conclusion ： It＇s valuable of using Caihu Shugan Powder to cure rat constipation. The symptom of the rat constipation takes a turn for the better.
