杭州市某三级医院临床护士职业认同感与社会支持的相关性研究

目的：了解杭州市某三级医院临床护士职业认同感及社会支持的现状，并探讨两者的相关性。方法采用护士职业认同量表、社会支持量表对508名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果共发放问卷508份，回收498份，其中有效问卷495份，有效回收率为97．44％。临床护士职业认同感总体得分为（4．03±177;0．42）分，处于中等偏低水平；社会支持总分及客观支持、主观支持、对社会支持的利用度得分分别为（32．04±177;3．76），（8．38±177;2．21），（16．54±177;3．07），（7．52±177;2．19）分，均处于中等偏低水平。该院临床护士的社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持、对支持的利用度与护士职业认同感总分均呈正相关（r值分别为0．216，0．208，0．220，0．278；P＜0．05）。结论杭州市某三级医院临床护士职业认同感不高，社会支持与职业认同感具有正相关性，因此，应加强临床护士的社会支持，从而有效提高其职业认同感，稳定护理队伍。

Correlation between professional identification and social support among clinic nurses from a tertiary hospital in Hangzhou

Objective To investigate the status of professional identification and social support among clinic nurses from a tertiary hospital in Hangzhou , and to explore their correlation .Methods A total of 508 clinic nurses from a tertiary hospital in Hangzhou were investigated with the professional identification scale for nurses and social support scale .Results A total of 508 questionnaires were distributed , among which there were actual recovery of 498 copies, and 495 copies were valid , with effective questionnaire returns-ratio of 97.44%.The overall score of profession identification scale for nurses was （4.03 ±177;0.42）, at the lower-middle level.The overall score of social support scale was （32.04 ±177;3.76）, among which the score of objective support, subjective support and utilization of social support was （8.38 ±177;2.21）, （16.54 ±177;3.07） and （7.52 ±177; 2.19）, respectively, and all of them were at the lower-middle level.The score of overall social support , objective support , subjective support , and utilization of social support was positively correlated with the total score of profession identification for nurses （r =0.216, 0.208, 0.220, 0.278, respectively;P ＆lt;0.05）. Conclusions The score of profession identification among clinic nurses from a tertiary hospital in Hangzhou is at the lower-middle level, and there is positive correlation between their profession identification and social support.Social support for nurses will be necessary to strengthen in order to effectively improve their profession identification and stabilize nursing team .
