摘    要:目的 探讨改良洗胃法对急性口服中毒患者的救治效果.方法 将142例急性口服中毒患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组71例,对照组采用传统洗胃法,观察组采用改良洗胃法,比较两组患者的救治效果.结果 观察组患者洗胃用时为(23.40 ±2.17) min,堵管率为2.82%,电解质紊乱发生率为5.63%,胃部损伤发生率为4.23%,对照组分别为(35.50±3.21) min,15.49%,39.44%,26.76%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.149,x2值分别为6.859,23.236,13.770;P<0.01);两组病死率比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.116).结论 改良洗胃法能明显缩短洗胃时间,彻底清除毒物,降低并发症发生率,减轻患者痛苦,提高救治成功率.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of improved method of gastric lavage among the patients with acute oral toxicity.Methods 142 cases were randomly allocated to the control group and the observational group,with 71 cases of each.The traditional method of gastric lavage method was applied to the control group,while the improved method of gastric lavage was applied to the observation group.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The time for Gastric lavage in the observation group was (23.40 ± 2.17) min and the rate of blocking pipe,electrolyte disturbances,and stomach damage were 2.82%,5.63%,and 4.23%,compared to (35.50 ± 3.21) min,15.49%,39.44%,and 26.76%,respectively,which showed significant differences (t =6.149 ; x2 =6.859,23.236,13.770,respectively; P 〈 0.01).The difference of mortality was no significant difference (P =0.116).Conclusions The improved method of gastric lavagecan significantly shorten the time and thoroughly removethe toxic.At the same time,it can reduce complications and pain,as well as improving thesuccessrateoftreatment.
