血液透析患者负面情绪与健康状况的相关性分析

目的：调查血液透析患者负面情绪与健康状况，并探讨其相关性。方法采用症状自评量表（ SCL-90）及健康调查简表（ SF-36）对85例血液透析患者（观察组）负面情况及健康状况进行调查，并与同期100名健康体检者（对照组）同一测评结果进行对比。结果观察组SCL-90总均分为（3．28±0．29）分，高于对照组（1．34±0．37）分，差异有统计学意义（t＝5．662，P＜0．01），其中观察组患者SCL-90各维度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）。观察组SF-36总均分（62．35±11．93）分，低于对照组的（81．52±17．32）分，差异有统计学意义（t＝4．567，P＜0．01），观察组患者SF-36各维度评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。经相关性分析可知，观察组患者负面情绪与患者心理健康及生理健康状况均呈负相关（r＝-0．298～-0．412，P＜0．05）。结论血液透析患者心理问题较多，社会应给予足够的重视，加强患者心理护理，给予患者足够的支持，可有效改善患者负性情绪，提高患者抗生活压力能力，有利于提高患者健康状况和生存质量。

Correlation analysis of negative emotions and health condition in hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the negative emotions and health condition in hemodialysis patients and to explore the correlation .Methods Eighty-five hemodialysis patients （ the observation group ） and one hundred healthy volunteers （the control group） were surveyed by the symptom checklist （SCL-90） and the short form-36 health survey （SF-36）.The results were compared between two groups .Results The total score of SCL-90 in the observation group was （3.28 ±0.29）, and was higher than （1.34 ±0.37） in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （t=5.662,P〈0.01）.The scores of every dimension in SCL-90 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group , and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）.The average score of SF-36 in the observation group was （62.35 ±11.93）, and was lower than （81.52 ±17.32） in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （t=4.567,P〈0.01）.The scores of every dimension in SF-36 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）.The correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between negative emotions and psychological and physiological health conditionin hemodialysis patients （r =-0.298 -0.412,P 〈0.05）.Conclusions There are many psychological problems in hemodialysis patients , and the community should give adequate attention and strengthen the psychological nursing of patients and give patients sufficient support , and which can effectively improve the patients’ negative emotions and increase anti-stress ability so as to help patients improve health condition and quality of life .
