针刺背俞穴配合穴位理疗治疗原发性痛经的临床观察及护理

目的：探讨针刺背俞穴配合旋磁光子热疗仪穴位局部理疗治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果。方法将90例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例，观察组采用针刺背俞穴配合旋磁光子热疗仪理疗治疗，对照组口服月月舒冲剂治疗。两组连续治疗3个月经周期后观察临床疗效。结果治疗前两组痛经程度比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），治疗后观察组痛经程度轻于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Z＝-5．480，P＜0．01）。观察组总有效率为95．6％，高于对照组的75．6％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝15．53，P＜0．01）。结论针刺背俞穴配合旋磁光子热疗仪穴位局部理疗治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经效果显著，且操作安全，长期疗效好。

Clinical observation and nursing on Back-shu Point Acupuncture combined with Acupoint Therapy in ;treatment of primary dysmenorrhea

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Back-shu Point Acupuncture combined with Acupoint Therapy by magneticpholon spin hyterthermia device in treatment of cold stasis type primary dysmenorrhea .Methods Totals of 90 patients with cold stasis type primary dysmenorrhea were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method , each with 45 cases.The treatment group used Back-shu Point Acupuncture combined with Magneticpholon Spin Hyterthermia Device while the control group used Yueyueshu granule .Clinical effect after three menstrual cycles was observed for two months.Results There was no statistically significant difference of degree of dysmenorrhea between two groups before treatment （P〈0.05）.After treatment, the degree of dysmenorrhea was lighter in the treatment group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （Z=-5.480,P〈0.01）.The effective rate was 95.6%in the treatment group and 75.6%in the control group, with statistically significant difference （χ2 =15.53,P 〈0.01）.Conclusions Back-shu Point Acupuncture combined with Magneticpholon Spin Hyterthermia Device is effective to treat cold stasis type primary dysmenorrhea with handling safety and long -term efficacy.
