循证护理在神经外科患者压疮预防中的应用

目的：探讨循证护理在神经外科患者压疮预防中的应用效果。方法选择神经外科收治的患者86例，按照随机数字表法分为两组，研究组43例给予循证护理，对照组43例给予常规护理，比较两组患者压疮发生率和对护理工作的满意度。结果研究组压疮发生率为2．32％，对照组为18．60％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝5．41，P＜0．05）；研究组患者满意度为97．67％，对照组为76．74％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4．73，P＜0．05）。结论对长期卧床的患者给予循证护理，可以减少压疮的发生，提高患者和家属对护理工作的满意度，值得临床推广和普及。

Application of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of pressure ulcer among neurosurgery patients

Objective To investigate the effect of applying the evidence-based nursing in the prevention of pressure ulcer among neurosurgery patients .Methods 86 neurosurgery patients were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table methods .The observation group （43 cases） was treated by evidence-based nursing, and the control group （43 cases） was given conventional nursing care .The incidence of pressure ulcer and patients ’ satisfaction were compared .Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 2.32%, which was significantly lower than 18.60% in the control group （χ2 =5.41,P〈0.05）. The patients’ satisfaction in the observation group was 97.67%, which was significantly higher than 76.74%in the control group （χ2 =4.73,P〈0.05）.Conclusions Evidence-based nursing can significantly reduce the occurrence of patients ’ pressure ulcer and can improve the patients ’ satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion and popularization .
