| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨快速康复护理路径在老年无张力疝修补术患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取老年无张力疝修补术患者138例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组69例，观察组依照快速康复护理路径进行护理，对照组予以常规护理，比较两组患者术中、术后并发症发生情况、住院天数及费用情况。结果观察组术后发生尿潴留2例，腹胀3例，肺部感染4例，发生例数均低于对照组的10，18，16例，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2值分别为5．841，12．637，8．420；P＜0．05）。观察组住院时间为（6．6＆#177;0．8）d，住院费用为（2313．6＆#177;139．7）元，均低于对照组的（9．3＆#177;1．0）d，（3637．8＆#177;226．1）元，差异有统计学意义（t值分别为4．67，5．01；P＜0．05）。结论老年无张力疝修补术患者护理中实施快速康复护理路径可加快患者康复进程。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application effect of the fast rehabilitation nursing pathway in the elderly patients with tension-free hernioplasty during the perioperation period .Methods One hundred and thirty-eight patients with tension-free hernioplasty were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table , each with 69 cases.The observation group received the＆amp;nbsp;nursing on the basis of fast rehabilitation nursing pathway , and the control group received the routine nursing . The occurrence of complications during and after the operation , the days and costs of hospitalization were compared between the two groups .Results The cases of urinary retention , abdominal distension and pulmonary infection were respectively 2, 3 and 4 cases in the observation group , and were lower than 10, 18 and 16 cases in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （χ2 =5.841, 12.637, 8.420, respectively; P ＆lt;0.05）.The days and costs of hospitalization in the observation group were respectively （6.6 ＆#177;0.8）d, （2 313.6 ＆#177;139.7） yuan, and were lower than （9.3 ＆#177;1.0） d, （3 637.8 ＆#177;226.1） yuan in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （t =4.67, 5.01, respectively; P ＆lt;0.05）. Conclusions The fast rehabilitation nursing pathway which was carried out in the nursing of the elderly patients with tension-free hernioplasty can accelerate the progress of rehabilitation in patients . |
