常规药物口服配合中药离子导入治疗强直性脊柱炎肌腱附着点炎

目的:观察常规药物口服配合中药离子导入治疗强直性脊柱炎肌腱附着点炎的临床疗效。方法:将收集的于2009年1月至2012年8月期间来我院就诊的强直性脊柱炎肌腱附着点炎患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组40例患者给予常规药物口服治疗。治疗组患者40例在常规药物口服的基础上加用中药离子导入治疗,2组患者均治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组患者的总有效率(36/40,90.00%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(26/40,65.00%),且2组患者有效率比较有非常统计学意义(P=0.000<0.05)。CRP、VAS评分下降幅度比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规药物口服配合中药离子导入可以有效提高强直性脊柱炎肌腱附着点炎的临床疗效,有效改善临床疗效,降低CRP、VAS评分,疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Oral Administration of Routine Drugs Combined with Ion-introduction of Chinese Herbs in Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis with Tendon Attachment Points

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of oral administration of routine drugs combined with ion-introduction of Chinese herbs in treating ankylosing spondylitis patients with tendon attachment points. Methods：Eighty ankylosing spondylitis patients with ten- don attachment points admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to August 2012 were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The 40 patients in the control group were given oral administration of routine drugs for the treatment of the disease. The 40 patients received extra ion-introduction of Chinese herbs apart from the oral administration of routine drugs. Patients in both the groups were given 2 courses of treatment. Results：The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90. 00% （36/40）, while that of the control group was 65.00% （26/40）, which showed significant differences between the two groups （P = 0. 000 〈 0. 05 ）. The decreases of CRP and VAS scores were compared to be statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Oral administration of routine drugs com- bined with ion-introduction of Chinese herbs in treating ankylosing spondylitis patients with tendon attachment paints could effectively improve the clinical efficacy, decrease CRP and VAS scores and is worth generalizing.
