电针配合耳压疗法治疗单纯性肥胖40例疗效观察

目的：探讨电针配合耳压疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法：40例单纯性肥胖症患者按就诊顺序采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用电针配合耳压疗法治疗，对照组口服二甲双胍片治疗，疗程结束后比较2组治疗前后总有效率。结果：电针配合耳压疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症有效率显著高于口服二甲双胍片组（P〈0．05）。结论：电针配合耳压疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效优于西药治疗，且临床安全性好。

Therapeutic Observation on Combination of Electro-acupuncture and Ear Pressure for 40 cases of Simple Obesity

Objective ：To investigate the therapeutic effeet of combination of Eleetro-aeupuneture and ear pressure for simple obesity. Methods：Forty eases of simple obesity were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method. Eleetro-aeupuneture and ear pressure were used for the treatment group, while the Mefformin for the eontrol group. The total effeetive rate was compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results：The effective rate in treatment group was obviously higher than control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The combination of Electro-aeupuneture and ear pressure is better than western medicine in treating simple obesity, and has high safety.
