云南省施甸县布朗族孕产妇系统管理现状分析

目的探讨影响施甸县布朗族孕产妇系统管理的影响因素,提高布朗族孕产妇系统管理率。方法运用χ2检验等统计方法,分析2006年1月1日至2010年12月31日施甸县布朗族聚居的摆朗乡和木老元乡分娩的225名布朗族孕产妇和685名汉族孕产妇其孕产妇保健手册的记录结果。结果 2006年,施甸县布朗族孕妇建册率、早孕检查率、产前检查(≥5次)率、住院分娩率、产妇产后访视率(≥1次)分别为70.00%、66.67%、46.67%、48.33%、53.33%,到2010年分别提高到91.49%、89.36%、85.11%、82.97%、87.23%。孕产妇系统管理率明显提高(P<0.01),但与汉族相比,其孕产妇系统管理率仍然较低(P=0.003)。结论施甸县布朗族孕产妇系统管理率逐年提高,孕产妇的家庭经济、受教育程度、自我保健意识是影响孕产妇系统管理率高低的主要因素,只有采取综合措施,才能逐步实现布朗族孕产妇系统管理率达100%的目标。

Maternal system management situation analysis of the Blang nationality in Shidian, Yunnan province

Objective To study the factors which effect the Blang nationality maternal system management, and to strengthen its management. Methods Maternal health care manual record of 225 Blang national maternal and 685 Han national maternal were collected, and these records were from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2010. Chi-square test was used in this study to analysis the difference between the two national maternal health care manual records. Results In 2006, the rate of making the care manual, early pregnancy inspection, antenatal examination more than 4 times, inpatient delivery, postpartum visit was 70.00%,66.67%,46.67%,48.33%,53.33% respectively, and the corresponding rate increased to 91.49%, 89.36%, 85.11%, 82.97%, 87.23% by the end of 2010. The rate of the system management of Blang national increased significantly (P<0.01), but comparing with the Han nationality, it was still lower (P=0.003). Conclusions The rate of maternal system management in Shidian increased year by year. The main factors for maternal system management were family economic conditions, education degree and self-protection consciousness. Conclusionsmeasures should be adopted in order to achieve the target for increasing the rate of the maternal system to 100%.
