| 摘 要： | 目的 研究墓头回与基质细胞共培养后对基质细胞分泌细胞因子的影响.方法 分离孕妇脐血单个核细胞与墓头回水提取物共培养,然后用ELISA法检测培养液中促血小板生成素(TPO)、白细胞介素3(IL-3)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)的浓度.结果 0.01μg/mL的墓头回促进脐血基质细胞分泌TPO、IL-3和IL-6.结论 墓头回具有促进脐血基质细胞分泌TPO、IL-3和IL-6等细胞因子的作用.
