浅表性膀胱癌组织中肿瘤抑制因子Maspin的表达研究

目的:探讨Maspin基因蛋白在浅表性膀胱癌病理组织中的表达及意义。方法:选择浅表性膀胱癌组织病理切片60例,非膀胱肿瘤患者膀胱组织13例,应用免疫组化方法分析Maspin在膀胱组织中的表达。结果:非膀胱肿瘤组织Maspin阳性表达高达92.3%,浅表性膀胱癌组织中Maspin表达阳性率仅为33.3%,而且随着病理分级增加Maspin表达下降(G1级50.0%、G2级30.3%、G3级26.7%)。非肿瘤组织中Maspin阳性免疫反应部位主要位于细胞核内,而膀胱癌组织中Maspin阳性表达多位于细胞浆。结论:膀胱肿瘤组织中Maspin表达显著减少,多呈胞浆阳性表达,提示Maspin可能与膀胱癌的发生发展有关。

Preliminary Study on Tumor Suppressor Gene Maspin in Superficial Carcinoma of Bladder

Objective To study the expression and significance of tumor suppressor gene maspin in superficial carcinoma of bladder. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to determine the immunoreactivity of maspin in 60 patients' pathological section with superficial carcinoma of bladder and 13 with non-tumors of bladder. Results The positive immunostaining rate of maspin protein was 92.3% in non-tumors of bladder but 33.3% in superficial carcinoma of bladder. The immunoreactivity of maspin protein was chiefly located in the caryon of the former and cytoplasm of the later. Conclusion The present results indicated that tumor suppressor gene maspin might relate with the development of bladder tumor.
