消化性溃疡病因病机寒热刍议

文章从中医学理论的寒热着手,从寒热辨证结合脏腑辨证立论,认为寒热是消化性溃疡的主要致病原因和发病因素,寒热错杂是消化性溃疡的病机特点,并结合文献与临床对消化性溃疡的辨证特点及病机概念提出了自己的看法。

My humble opinion on etiology and pathology of cold or heat for peptic ulcer

The article implied that,combined differentiation ofcoldness and heatness with Zangfu from the theory of TraditionalChinese Medicine,both coldness and heatness are the main cause andfactor of peptic ulcer,and complicated of coldness and heatness is thecharacteristic of pathgenesis of it.Meanwhile,the author put his ownopinions on the characteristic of differentiation and concept of pathg-enesis of peptic ulcer faced on document and clinic.
