摘    要:目的〓〖HTK〗探讨老年人载脂蛋白A5(APOA5)与血脂、脂蛋白及血糖的相关性。〖HTW〗方法〓〖HTK〗应用AU1000/2700型自动生化分析仪对187例健康老年人进行血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)、载脂蛋白B100(APO B100)和血糖(GLU)的检测。同时采用ELISA法测定血清APOA5。〖HTW〗结果〓〖HTK〗血清APOA5水平与血清TG水平之间呈显著负相关(P<0.01),与血清胆固醇(CH)、LDL-C、APOB100水平有负相关的趋势,与HDL-C、APOA1和GLU水平之间有正相关的趋势(P>0.05);APOA5水平女性低于男性(P>0.05)。〖HTW〗结论〓〖HTK〗①老年人血清APOA5水平与血清TG水平呈负相关,APOA5可能是TG代谢的重要调节因子之一;②性别对老年人血清APOA5水平无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective〓〖WTBZ〗To investigate the relationship between apolipoproteins A5 and lipids metabolism in elderly people. 〖WTHZ〗Methods〓〖WTBZ〗The level of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoproteinA1 (APOA1), apolipoproteinB100(APOB100) and glucose were determined in 187 elderly people, and APOA5 in 1mL serum was determined under -80℃ by the ELISA method. 〖WTHZ〗Results〓〖WTBZ〗The APOA5 level was negatively correlated with plasma TG level (P<0.01) and had a positive tendency with the plasma HDL cholesterol, APOA1 and glucose levels and a negative tendency with TC, LDL cholesterol and APOB100 levels, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The APOA5 level was higher in mean than in women, but the difference was also not significant(P>0.05). 〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〓〖WTBZ〗The APOA5 level is negatively related to the plasma TG level. APOA5 may be an important regulatory mechanism in TG metabolism.
