孟鲁斯特钠对毛细支气管炎患儿Th1/Th2细胞平衡的影响

摘    要:目的 观察孟鲁司特钠对毛细支气管炎患儿Th1/Th2细胞平衡的影响.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法分别测定30例毛细支气管炎患儿(毛支组)口服孟鲁司特钠片治疗前后及10例门诊健康体检婴幼儿(对照组)血清白介素(IL)-4及γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平.结果 毛支组患儿治疗前血清IL-4水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而IFN-γ水平与对照组相似,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后血清IL-4水平及IL-4/IFN-γ比值较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而血清IFN-γ水平与治疗前相似,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论毛细支气管炎患儿Th1/Th2细胞处于失衡状态,白三烯受体拮抗剂--孟鲁司特钠可明显调节毛细支气管炎患儿Th1/Th2细胞失衡,预防喘息反复发作.

Abstract:Objective To observe the impact of Montelukast on the balance of Th1/Th2 cell in infants with bronchiolitis. Methods Levels of serum interleukin 4 (IL-4) and gamma- interferon (IFN-γ) were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method in 30 cases of bronchiolitis infants (bronchiolitis group) with oral montelukast sodium before and after treatment,and 10 cases of outpatient with health check-up infants(control group). Results Serum IL-4 level in bronchiolitis group was obviously higher than that in the control group before treatment with statistically significant difference (P〈0.05), but the IFN-γ level in bronchiolitis group was similar to that in control group without statistically significant difference (P〉0.05). Serum IL-4 levels and IL-4/IFN-γ after treatment decreased prominently than those before treatment with statistically significant difference (P〈0.05), while the seurum IFN-γ level after treatment was similar to that after treatment without statistically significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion Th 1/Th2 cell cytokines in infants with bronchiolitis are in a state of imbalance, and Leukotriene receptor antagonist--Montelukast can obviously regulate Th1/Th2 cell imbalance and prevent recurrent wheezing.
