左室假腱索与心电图异常的相关性研究进展

左室假腱索是左心室腔内除连接乳头肌和二尖瓣叶的腱索外,附着于其他部位的纤维样结构,又称左室纤维肌束.近年来研究发现,左室假腱索除具有抑制心室重构、减轻功能性二尖瓣反流以及减轻主动脉瓣下狭窄等作用外,还可能与多种心电活动异常有关.现对目前左室假腱索与心电图异常相关性的研究进展进行综述分析,为临床加深对左室假腱索的认识提供参考.

Relationship Between Left Ventricular False Tendons and Abnormal Electrocardiography

Left ventricular false tendons are chordlike structures that traverse the left ventricle cavity. They attach to the septum, to the papillary muscles, or to the free wall of the ventricle but not to the mitral valve. It has been suggested that they retard left ventricle remodeling by tethering the walls to which they are attached, but there are few data to substantiate this. Some studies have suggested that false tendons reduce the severity of functional mitral regurgitation by stabilizing the position of the papillary muscles as the left ventricle enlarges. It is also related with abnormal electrocardiography. This article reviews current understanding of the relationship between left ventricular false tendons and abnormal electrocardiography.
