深圳市福田区性传播疾病门诊就诊者情况调查

目的了解深圳市福田区2007年性传播疾病的流行分布特征。综合探讨性别、年龄、籍贯以及部分行为因素与性病发生率之间的关系。为政府制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法对深圳市福田区7个综合医院的性病门诊就诊者373人进行调查。结果是否使用避孕套与是否发生性病之间具有统计学关联（X2=7．76，P〈0．05），性病在不同性别中的发病率差异有统计学意义（X2=10．22，P〈0．05），男性的发病率高于女性。结论不洁性行为是性病发生的危险因素。疾病控制部门应充分利用当地各种形式的宣传媒介和卫生资源，开展形式多样的宣传教育，使社会各类人群掌握预防艾滋病和性病的知识，同时开展高危人群行为干预，提高高危人群安全套使用率。

Investigation on Status of Patients in STD Clinic in Futian District of Shenzhen City

[ Objective] To understand the epidemic features of STD in Futian District of Shenzhen City, to explore the relationship between sex, age, native place, some behavioral factors and the incidence of STD, and provide scientific evidence for developing control measures. [ Methods ] Questionnaire was adopted to conduct survey on patients in STD clinics of 7 general hospitals in Futian District of Shenzhen City. [ Results ] Significant difference existed between STDs and condom use （X2 = 7.76, P 〈 0. 05 }, the difference of STD incidence between genders was significant（ X2 = 10.22, P 〈0. 05} ,the incidence of male was significantly higher than that of female. [ Conclusion] Dirty sex is the risk factors of STD. Disease control departments should make full use of various forms of media and health resources in local areas to carry out various forms of propaganda and education so that people can have the knowledge of AIDS and STD prevention, and to carry out behavioral intervention in high-risk groups to increase condom use.
