| 摘 要： | 目的 采用大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击治疗小儿急性肺损伤 (ALI) ,评价其疗效。 方法 选择 1999年 1月— 2 0 0 1年 6月入住本院儿童ICU急性肺损伤 48例 ,随机分为两组即大剂量甲基强的松龙治疗组和常规治疗组 ,连续监测血氧饱和度、血气分析、FiO2 、X线胸片、呼吸机撤机时间及死亡率。 结果 大剂量甲基强的松龙治疗组PaO2 /FiO2 恢复及胸部X片阴影消退 ,呼吸机撤离及住院时间均明显缩短 ,发展为ARDS及死亡率明显下降。 结论 大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击治疗小儿ALI安全有效

| Abstract: | Objective There are different opinions on large dose methylprednisolone impact therapy for acute lung injury.To evaluate its effect on pedo acute lung injury,patient were treated with large dose methylprednisolone impact therapy.Methods From Jan,1999 to June,2001 48 cases with acute lung injury were randomly divided into two groups:large dose methylprednilsolone impact therapy group and the control group.Monitoring successively blood oxygen saturation and FiO\-2,blood gas analysis,chest X ray,time of respirator use and the mortality rate.Results All indices observed on large dose methylprednisolone impact therapy group were superior to that of the control group.Conclusion The large dose methylprednisolone impact therapy is safe and effective for pedo ALI. |
