腰椎间盘突出分型293例报告

作者从293例腰椎间盘突出症的术中所见的病理变化,结合回顾病人的临床症状、体征、椎管造影与CT检查,提出腰椎间盘突出症分为(一)球状隆起型:①中央型,②双球型或哑铃型,③旁侧型;(二)破裂型:①菜花型,②游离型,③泪珠型,④隐蔽型。此分型较传统分型更形象具体,即有共性亦突出个性,有利提高临床诊断与治愈率。

A Report of Classification of 293 Cases with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

Authors suggest the following Classification of the herniated lumbar discs after studying of the pathological changes during operations, and combining with retrospective study of the clinical symptoms and signs,myelograms and CT films of 293 operated cases. 1. Ball like protrusion;a. central type;b. double-ball or dumb-ball type;c. lateral protrusion. 2. Ruptured-a. cauliflower form;b. dissociated type;c. teardrop type;d. conceal type.We think that this new classification is more vivid and concrete than the traditional classification. The points for attention in operation of each type of herniated disc are discribed in this paper.
