医疗废物医院感染管理

目的:探讨加强医疗废物的安全管理,防止疾病传播和污染事故发生的措施和方法。方法:严格对照国务院《医疗废物管理条例》及卫生部《医疗卫生机构医疗废物管理办法》,找出问题及不足,加强医疗废物管理。结果:对病房所产生的各类医疗废物进行严格分类,实施规范化管理。结论:医院应建立健全医疗废物管理的各项规章制度,加强对医务人员及保洁人员相关知识的培训,加强医疗废物的细节管理及建立完善的考核机制,只有这样才能有效地防止疾病传播和污染事故的发生。

Management of medical wastes in order to prevent nosocomial infection in hospital

Objective:To explore the management methods of medical wastes in order to prevent disease transmission and pollution. Methods:The problems were found according to medical wastes management regulation issued by State Council and medical wastes management measures in medical organizations issued by Ministry of Public Health. Results:Medical wastes of wards were classified strictly and treated standardized. Conclusion:The hospital should establish various regulation systems, enhance the training of medical personnel and cleaners about the related knowledge, enhance the details management of the medical wastes and establish the checkup mechanism perfectly in order to keep disease from spreading effectively and the occurrence of pollution.
