| 摘 要： | 目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定保胎灵片中芍药苷的含量。方法：KromasilC18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱；流动相为乙腈-水（10：90）；检测波长为230nm；柱温为40℃；流速为1．0ml·min^-1。结果：芍药苷进样量在O．1572μg～0．7860范围内呈良好的线性关系，回归方程Y=98073．5000X-17548．2000（r=0．9998）。平均回收率为100．04％，R．SD为0．7％。结论：本方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确，可为今后修订该制剂的质量标准提供参考。

| Abstract: | To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content for Paeoniflorinof Baotai Ling Tableta. Method： A Kromasil C18. column（250mm×4.6mm, 51μm） was uesd. and temperature wasset at 40℃.The mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile --Water（10：90）,with flow rate of 1. 0ml· min^-1.The UV detection wavelength was set at230nm. Results：The calibration curves of the Paeoniflorin were linear in the range of 0.1572μg - 0.7860μg （ r = 0.9998 ） Conclusion：This method apears to be simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. |
