| 摘 要： | 目的：观察雷尼替丁治疗新生儿上消化道出血的疗效。方法：60例并发上消化道出血的新生儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给以雷尼替丁静脉注射，对照组给以凝血酶胃内注入。结果：雷尼替丁的疗效优于对照组，且未发现副作用。结论：雷尼替丁治疗新生儿上消化道出血是一安全、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Aim To evaluate the efficacy of ranitidine on upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in neonates.Methods Sixty neonates complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with ranitidine,and the control group with thrombin.Results The efficacy of ranitidine was better than that of thrombin,and no side effects were found in treatment group.Conclusion Treating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in neonates with ranitidine is effective and safe. |
