| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨临床药师在药学监护工作中应注意的问题。方法 :概述并分析了合理用药和药学监护工作的现状及存在的问题。结果与结论 :临床药师已成为临床治疗中的重要角色 ,掌握必要的医学知识 ,在合理用药方面同医师相互沟通并掌握丰富的药学知识是药学监护的必要条件。
