石腊组织切片直接显示嗜银纤维的方法探讨

采用不脱蜡法，用石腊组织切片，经无水乙醇处理；降低双氨银改良染液的浓度；用PP-醋酸液加强氧化；最后用Gordon－Sweet双氨银改良银染法显示嗜银纤维结果：嗜银纤维呈黑色，细胞核呈灰黑色，染色质清晰可见。此法改变了先脱蜡后银染的传统操作法，不仅能同时显示嗜银纤维和细胞核，而且还解决了长期以来网染易掉片的弊端，为临床病理快速诊断提供了较为实用的方法。此法染色程序简便、稳定，并能节省大量试剂，故优于传统的网染法和火棉胶法。

DISCUSSION ON THE METHOD OF DIRECTLY SHOWING THE ARGYROPHIL FIBER ON NO-DEWAXING SECTION

Putting no-dewaxing section into pure ethanol for treatment; reducig the density of dual-ammonia-silver reformative dye-solution; strengthening the oxidation of PP-aeetic acid solution; finally using Gordon-Sweet dual-ammonia-sitver reformative method to show the argyrophil FIBER. The results demonstrate that the argyrophil fiber presenta btack, the call nucleus grey-black and chromatin is clear. This method has changed troditional operating rules,not only at a time showed the argyrophil fiber and cell nucleus, but also settled the question of the section dropping in coloring prcoess many times and provided a practical method for fast diagnosis of clinical pethology. This method is simple,stable and saving as lot of reagents, so it is better than traditional arkyochrome and celloidin method.
