数字化钼靶X线摄影在乳腺肿瘤临床诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨数字化钼靶X线摄影在乳腺肿瘤临床诊断中的应用价值。方法对我院2015年4月~2017年4月收治的40例乳腺肿瘤患者的临床资料进行统计分析,所有患者均接受数字化钼靶X线摄影、彩色多普勒超声检查,对40例患者数字化钼靶X线摄影与彩色多普勒超声检查结果进行统计分析。结果数字化钼靶X线摄影与彩色多普勒超声检查确诊良性率和恶性率、误诊良性率和恶性率之间的差异均不显著[57.5%(23/40)、32.5%(13/40)、10.0%(4/40)、0 vs 60.0%(24/40)、30.0%(12/40)、7.5%(3/40)、2.5%(1/40)](P0.05)。结论数字化钼靶X线摄影在乳腺肿瘤临床诊断中的应用价值与彩色多普勒超声检查相当,临床应依据患者的实际情况选择合适的诊断方式。

Application value of digital mammography in the clinical diagnosis of breast tumor

Objective To investigate the application value of digital mammography in the clinical diagnosis of breast tumor.Methods The clinical data of 40 cases of patients with breast tumor in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were statistically analyzed,all patients were underwent digital mammography and color Doppler ultrasonography,the digital mammography and color Doppler ultrasound examination results of 40 cases of patients were statistically analyzed.Results The differences of diagnosis rates of benign and malignant,misdiagnosis rates of benign and malignant between digital mammography and color Doppler ultrasound[57.5%(23/40),32.5%(13/40),10.0%(4/40),0 vs 60.0%(24/40),30.0%(12/40),7.5%(3/40),2.5%(1/40)]were not significant(Pgt;0.05).Conclusion The application value of digital mammography in the clinical diagnosis of breast tumor is comparable to color Doppler ultrasonography,the clinical should choose appropriate diagnostic method based on the actual situations of patients.
