标本溶血对生化检验结果准确性的影响及预防对策
摘    要:目的分析标本溶血对生化检验结果准确性的影响及预防对策。方法选择2016年7月~2017年6月期间来我院进行健康体检的体检者60名,采集所有体检者的空腹静脉血,并将其血液样本分成2份,一份予以溶血处理作为实验组,一份不予以溶血处理作为参考组。对两组的血液样本进行生化检查,综合分析各组生化检验的结果,并对其白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、葡萄糖(GLU)、总胆红素(TBIL)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平进行比较。结果与参考组相比,实验组的TBIL、TP与AST等相关指标水平均显著升高,组间差异明显(P0.05)。实验组的葡萄糖水平为(2.5±1.0)mmol/L,明显比参考组的(4.8±0.7)mmol/L低,组间差异显著(P0.05)。结论在生化检验过程中,标本溶血可能对其产生较大的影响,作为检验人员在检验时要严格遵守相关规定,规范操作,防止出现标本溶血情况发生,提升生化检验的准确性。

Effect of sample hemolysis on the accuracy of biochemical test results and preventive measures
Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of sample hemolysis on the accuracy of biochemical test results and preventive measures.Methods A total of 60 subjects receiving physical examinations in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were selected.The fasting venous blood was collected in all subjects,and the blood samples were divided into two portions.One portion which was given hemolytic treatment was selected as the experimental group,and the other one which was not given hemolysis was selected as the reference group.The blood samples of the two groups were biochemically examined and the results of biochemical tests were analyzed comprehensively.Albumin(ALB),total protein(TP),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),glucose(GLU),total bilirubin(TBIL)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were compared.Results Compared with the reference group,the levels of TBIL,TP and AST in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and the differences between groups were significant(P<0.05).The glucose level in the experimental group was(2.5±1.0)mmol/L,which was significantly lower than that in the reference group(4.8±0.7)mmol/L,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of biochemical test,the sample hemolysis may have a greater impact on it.As the inspectors,during the test,relevant provisions should be strictly adhered to,and the operations should be standardized,so as to prevent the occurrence of sample hemolysis,and enhance the accuracy of biochemical tests.
