重组牛碱性成纤维细胞因子凝胶联合高能红光治疗糖尿病性皮肤溃疡的临床研究

目的观察重组牛碱性成纤维细胞因子凝胶(bFGF)联合高能红光治疗糖尿病性皮肤溃疡的疗效。方法选择69例糖尿病性皮肤溃疡的患者,随机分成治疗组35例,对照组34例。治疗组给予bFGF联合高能红光治疗,对照组给予常规换药治疗,两组治疗疗程均为4周。结果治疗组溃疡愈合率及总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组溃疡愈合50%所需时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 bFGF联合高能红光治疗糖尿病性皮肤溃疡临床疗效良好,明显优于常规基础治疗。

Clinical study of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with high energy red light in the treatment of diabetic skin ulcer

Objective To observe the efficacy of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel(bFGF)combined with high energy red light in the treatment of diabetic skin ulcer.Methods A total of 69 patients with diabetic skin ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group(n=35)and the control group(n=34).The treatment group was given bFGF combined with high energy red light therapy,and the control group conventional dressing therapy.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results The ulcer healing rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were signif icantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The time required for the ulcer healing by 50%of treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion bFGF combined with high energy red light has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of diabetic skin ulcers,which is significantly better than that of conventional basic treatment.
