回馈教学对养老机构脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从性的效果研究
摘    要:目的探讨回馈教学对养老机构脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法选择温州地区养老机构符合标准的脑卒中患者143例,随机分成实验组69例和对照组74例,分别通过回馈教学和传统宣教对患者进行功能锻炼指导。结果进行调查比较,接受回馈教学的脑卒中患者12周后的功能锻炼依从率是(60.00±13.00)%,而接受传统宣教的脑卒中患者12周后的功能锻炼依从率是(47.00±9.00)%,通过回馈教学的远期效果优于传统宣教(P0.05)。结论回馈教学有利于提高养老机构脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从性,是一种有效的健康教育方式。

A study on the effect of feedback teaching on the compliance of functional exercise in stroke patients of pension institutions
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of feedback teaching on the compliance of functional exercise in stroke patients of pension institutions.Methods A total of 143 stroke patients who met the standard in pension institutions of Wenzhou were chosen and randomly divided into experimental group(n=69)and control group(n=74).The patients in the experimental group were instructed for functional exercise by feedback teaching,and the patients in the control group were guided by traditional missionary.Results The compliance rate of functional exercise in stroke patients who received feedback teaching for 12 weeks was(60.00±13.00)%,while the compliance rate of functional exercise in stroke patients who received traditional missionary for 12 weeks was(47.00±9.00)%.The long-term effect of feedback teaching was superior to that of traditional missionary(P<0.05).Conclusion Feedback teaching is helpful to improve the compliance of functional exercise in stroke patients of pension institutions,which is an effective way of health education.
