宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管性不孕的围手术期护理效果观察

目的分析宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管性不孕的围手术期护理效果。方法选取我院2015年3月~2016年1月收治的80例输卵管性不孕患者作为本次的研究对象,将其按自愿原则分为观察组(44例)与对照组(36例),给予其宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组患者在围手术期实施综合护理干预,对照组患者在围手术期实施常规护理干预。观察对比两组患者的治疗效果(妊娠率)、心理症状评分、护理满意度。结果观察组患者的妊娠率为95.45%,护理满意度为95.45%;对照组患者的妊娠率为78.38%,护理满意度为77.78%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者的心理症状评分均显著优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论给予输卵管性不孕患者实施宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗并在围手术期实施综合护理干预,能够有效提高治疗的效果,使患者早日妊娠。且综合护理干预能够提高患者在住院期间的生活质量、护理满意度,对构建和谐的医患关系有着积极的促进作用,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the perioperative nursing effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of tubal infertility

Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of tubal infertility.Methods A total of 80 patients with tubal infertility who were admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into the observation group(44 cases)and the control group(36 cases)according to the voluntary principle.They were given hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery.The patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention during the perioperative period,and the patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions during the perioperative period.The curative effect(pregnancy rate),psychological symptom score and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The pregnancy rate in the observation group was 95.45%and the nursing satisfaction was 95.45%;the pregnancy rate in the control group was 78.38%and the nursing satisfaction was 77.78%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the scores of psychological symptoms in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery in the patients with tubal infertility and comprehensive nursing intervention during perioperative period can effectively improve the effect of treatment and facilitate pregnancy for the patients.In addition,comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of the patients during hospitalization,and the nursing satisfaction,which plays a positive role in building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
