品管圈活动在胰岛素泵精细化管理中的应用

目的观察品管圈活动在胰岛素泵精细化管理中的应用效果。方法科室成立品管圈活动小组,确立"胰岛素泵精细化管理"为主题,品管圈应用前,对内分泌科护士胰岛素泵使用存在问题进行原因分析,设立目标,制定相应的改进措施并组织实施。比较实施品管圈前后内分泌科护士对胰岛素泵的使用情况。结果通过运用QCC管理工具,内分泌科护士对胰岛素泵的使用管理能力显著提高,同时全体圈员对品管圈的认识和运用能力、制度执行力有了提升,团队凝聚力、解决问题能力、护士沟通协调能力、自信心、积极性等也有了一定程度的提高。结论品管圈活动能激发护士的工作积极性和责任心,提高护士管理胰岛素泵的能力。

The application of quality control circle in the delicacy management ofinsulin pump

Objective To observe the application effect of quality control circle in the delicacy management of insulin pump.Methods The department set up the quality control circle groups,and the"delicacy management of insulin pump"was determined as the theme.Before the application of quality control circle,the reason analysis was carried out for the problems of the application of insulin pump by nurses in the endocrine department,the target was set up,the corresponding improvement measures were formulated and organized for implementation.The application of insulin pump by the nurses in the endocrine department was compared before and after the quality control circle.Results Through the application of QCC management tools,the management ability of the nurses in the endocrine department on the application of insulin pump was significantly improved.At the same time,the understanding and application ability of QCC,and the ability of system execution was improved in all the members of QCC.The team cohesion,problem-solving ability,communication and coordination ability of nurses,self-confidence,and enthusiasm was also improved to a certain degree.Conclusion Quality control circle is able to stimulate the nurses''enthusiasm and responsibility,so as to improve the ability of nurses to manage insulin pump.
