单极电刀扁桃体凝切术并创面缝合157例临床分析
摘    要:目的探讨单极电刀扁桃体凝切术并创面缝合的临床效果和安全性。方法对157例患有慢性扁桃体炎的塞内加尔患者进行全麻下单极电刀扁桃体凝切并创面缝合,对术中、术后相关指标进行讨论,并对扁桃体多种手术方式进行分析。结果行单极电刀扁桃体凝切术并创面缝合157例患者中,平均手术时间(37.7±9.9)min;平均术中出血量(21.7±6.9)mL;全部患者无术后出血及感染等并发症出现;术后28 d,100%的患者创面愈合。全部患者随访2~10个月,无瘢痕挛缩及瘢痕疙瘩。结论单极电刀扁桃体凝切术并创面缝合是治疗慢性扁桃体炎的一种高效、安全、患者术后体验相对舒适且术后创面愈合较好的手术方式,尤其适合在基层或医保控费医院开展,是一种适宜技术,值得推广。

Clinical analysis of 157 cases of unipolar electrocautery tonsil resection in coagulation combined with wound suture
Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of unipolar electrocautery resection coagulation combined with wound suture.Methods A total of 157 Senegal patients with chronic tonsillitis were treated with unipolar electric knife tonsil resection in coagulation combined with wound suture under general anesthesia.The intraoperative and postoperative related indicators were discussed,and a variety of tonsil surgical methods were analyzed.Results The average operative time was(37.7±9.9)min in each case of the 157 patients who underwent unipolar electrocautery tonsil resection in coagulation combined with wound suture.The average intraoperative bleeding was(21.7±6.9)mL.All cases had no complications such as postoperative bleeding and infection.Within 28 days after surgery,100%of patients wounds healed.All cases were followed up for 2-10 months,and there was no scar contracture or keloid.Conclusion Unipolar electric knife tonsil resection in coagulation combined with wound suture is an effective and safe method for the treatment of chronic tonsillitis.And the patients are relatively comfortable after operation and the wound healing is better after operation.It is especially suitable for the development in primary or medical insurance hospital,and is a suitable technology and worthy of promotion.
