老年人工股骨头置换术的围手术期护理效果分析

目的探讨对老年人工股骨头置换术患者施以围术期护理干预的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年3月~2017年5月收治的82例老年人工股骨头置换术患者作为实验对象。所有老年人工股骨头置换术患者凭借数字奇偶法分组:对照组:人工股骨头置换术期间配合开展常规护理工作;观察组:人工股骨头置换术期间配合开展围手术期护理工作。对两组老年人工股骨头置换术患者病情工作满意度、床上开始活动时间及术后相关知识掌握程度差异等进行回顾性分析。结果观察组老年人工股骨头置换术患者病情工作满意度与对照组老年人工股骨头置换术患者比较,获得明显提高(P0.05);观察组老年人工股骨头置换术患者床上开始活动时间等与对照组老年人工股骨头置换术患者比较,获得明显改善(P0.05);观察组老年人工股骨头置换术患者术后相关知识掌握程度与对照组老年人工股骨头置换术患者比较,获得明显改善(P0.05)。结论对于老年人工股骨头置换术患者施以围手术期护理干预,可提高病情工作满意度、缩短床上开始活动时间及提高术后相关知识掌握程度,从而提高老年人工股骨头置换术的临床疗效。

Analysis on the perioperative nursing effect of elderly artificial femoral head replacement

Objective To explore the clinical effect of perioperative nursing intervention in elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement.Methods 82 elderly patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement in our hospital from March 2014 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects;all elderly patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement were grouped according to the odd and even number method;the control group:during the period of artificial femoral head replacement,routine nursing work was carried out;observation group:during the period of artificial femoral head replacement,perioperative nursing work was carried out;in terms of the satisfaction degree with the treatment in the elderly patients undergoing femoral head replacement,the beginning time of bed activity and the mastering degree of relevant knowledge after surgery between two groups were retrospectively analyzed.Results The satisfaction degree with the treatment in the elderly patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement in the observation group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group(P<0.05);the beginning time of bed activity in the elderly patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement in the observation group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group(P<0.05);the mastering degree of relevant knowledge in the elderly patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement in the observation group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention performed in elderly patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement can promote the improvement of satisfaction with the treatment,shortening of the beginning time of bed activity and improvement of the mastering degree of relevant knowledge after the surgery,so as to optimize the clinical efficacy of artificial femoral head replacement in the elderly patients.
