低出生体重儿的相关危险因素研究进展

低出生体重儿(low birth weight infant,LBWI)是指出生1 h内的体重小于2500 g的围产儿,由于LBWI的各项器官发育不全,免疫功能低下,极易发生多种严重程度不一的并发症,严重者甚至死亡。影响LBWI发生的因素十分复杂,涉及孕母、家庭、遗传、社会、经济和环境等多个方面的因素。本文针对与LBWI发生相关的危险因素就近年来研究进展进行简要综述。

Research progress on risk factors related to low birth weight infants

Low birth weight infant(LBWI)refers to perinatal children with a body weight of less than 2500 grams within 1 hour of birth.As the various organs of LBWI are not fully developed,and their immune function are low,it is prone to a variety of complications with different severity and even death in severe cases.The factors that affect the occurrence of LBWI are complex and involve the maternal,family,hereditary,society,economy and environmental aspects.In this paper,research progress of the risk factors associated with LBWI in recent years are reviewed.
