房颤患者长间歇与心功能的相关性分析
摘    要:目的探讨心房颤动患者长间歇与心功能的相关性。方法选取我院2012年3月~2017年6月房颤患者127例,分别记录患者的年龄、性别、超声心动图指标(LAD、LVEDD、LVSDD、IVS、LVPW、EF)及动态心电图中是否伴有长间歇及长间歇次数。根据患者是否伴有长间歇分为房颤伴长间歇组与房颤不伴长间歇组。结果房颤伴长间歇组与房颤不伴长间歇组比较,LAD显著增大(P0.05);两组间LVEDD、LVSDD、IVS、LVPW、EF比较,差异无统计学意义;相关分析示长间歇次数与LAD大小呈正相关(P0.05),与LVEDD、LVSDD、IVS、LVPW、EF之间无相关性。结论房颤伴长间歇会导致患者左房增大,可间接导致心功能的恶化,且随长间歇次数的增加而增加。

Correlation analysis of long intervals and cardiac function in the patients with atrial fibrillation
Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between long intervals and cardiac function in the patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 127 patients with atrial fibrillation who were enrolled in our hospital from March 2012 to June 2017 were selected.The age,sex,echocardiography indices(LAD,LVEDD,LVSDD,IVS,LVPW,EF),whether the long intervals were accompanied in the dynamic electrocardiogram and the number of long intervals were recorded.According to whether the patients were accompanied with the long interval,the patients were divided into atrial fibrillation complicated with long interval group and atrial fibrillation without long interval group.Results LAD was significantly increased in the comparison between atrial fibrillation complicated with long interval group and atrial fibrillation without long interval group(P<0.05).LVEDD,LVSDD,IVS,LVPW and EF were not statistically different between the two groups.There was a positive correlation between the number of long intervals and LAD according to the correlation analysis(P<0.05),which was not correlated with LVEDD,LVSDD,IVS,LVPW and EF.Conclusion A-trial fibrillation complicated with long interval can lead to the enlargement of left atrium,and indirectly lead to deterioration of cardiac function,which is increased along with the increase of the number of long intervals.
