鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗急性泪囊炎的护理体会

目的 总结25例急性泪囊炎患者在鼻内窥镜下行泪囊鼻腔吻合术的护理体会。方法回顾2011年10月~2016年7月我院收治的25例急性泪囊炎经鼻内窥镜下行泪囊鼻腔吻合术患者围手术期的临床观察和护理情况,其中男10例(10眼),女15例(15眼),主要包括术前护理、术中护理及术后的心理护理、病情观察、专科及用药护理、体位护理、出院指导等。结果本组25例(25眼),治愈22眼,有效2眼,造孔闭锁1眼,总有效率为96%。结论鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术是治疗急性泪囊炎的有效方法 ,通过对患者进行科学、全面、细致的专科个性化针对性护理,进行正确健康指导,是手术成功的重要保证,可提高治疗效果。

Nursing experience of nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in the treatment of acute dacryocystitis

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of dacryocystorhinostomy in 25 patients with acute dacryocystitis under nasal endoscopy.Methods The perioperative clinical observation and nursing of 25 patients with acute dacryocystitis including 10 males(10 eyes),15 females(15 eyes))who underwent nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in our hospital from October 2011 to July 2016 were reviewed.The clinical observation and nursing included preoperative care,intraoperative care and postoperative psychological care,disease observation,specialist and medication care,postural care and discharge guidance.Results Of 25 patients(25 eyes)in this group,22 eyes were cured,2 eyes were effective and 1 eye was hole blocking,with the total effective rate of 96%.Conclusions Nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is an effective method for the treatment of acute dacryocystitis.It is an important guarantee for the success of the operation by conducting scientific,comprehensive and meticulous specialist personalized nursing.And the nursing can improve the treatment effect.
